How it works

Three moves. Do them in this order the first time.

    1. Capture

    Open Capture → Photo, Video, Import (files), Paste, or Link. Crop if you only need a detail.

  2. 2

    2. Save

    Add an optional spoken or typed note → Save to vault. AI tags photos, links, and files automatically.

  3. 3

    3. Find later

    Use Search or the Feed — “wooden stairs”, a supplier PDF, a saved article. On another device, connect the same cloud folder and Pull.

First time? Do this

Takes about two minutes. Skip nothing.

  1. 1Create an account (or Sign in).
  2. 2Open the account menu (top right) → Where to save photos.
  3. 3Connect Google Drive (or a desktop folder) and pick the vault folder.
  4. 4Tap Capture at the bottom and take your first work photo.
  5. 5Tap Save to vault. You should see it in the Feed.

Photo

  1. 1Tap Capture at the bottom of the screen.
  2. 2Tap Photo and allow the camera.

  1. 1Tap Capture → Video.
  2. 2Record a short clip on site (keep it brief).
  3. 3Stop → optional note → Save to vault.

Paste / Share a screenshot

  1. 1Copy a screenshot on your computer, or Share → Stippo on your phone.
  2. 2In Capture, tap Paste (or press Ctrl/Cmd+V).
  3. 3Crop the useful region if needed → Save.

Save a link

  1. 1In Capture, paste or type a URL in Link / source page.
  2. 2Optional: page title + spoken/typed note.
  3. 3Save to vault — AI writes a short description you can search later.

Import a PDF or file

  1. 1In Capture, tap Import and pick a PDF or other work file.
  2. 2Speak or type why you saved it (required for most files).
  3. 3Save to vault — find it later with natural language in Search.

Crop a detail

  1. 1After Photo, Import, or Paste, tap Crop.
  2. 2Drag over the part you want to keep.
  3. 3Apply clip, then save as usual.

Save to vault

  1. 1Check that a photo, video, link, or file is attached.
  2. 2Optional: Speak or type a note; pick a project.
  3. 3Tap Save to vault — AI tags it, then it appears in the Feed.

Connect your Drive

  1. 1Menu → Where to save photos.
  2. 2Connect Google Drive (or local folder on desktop).
  3. 3Choose the folder. Other devices use the same folder → Pull.

In one sentence

Keep project references out of your birthday album — photos, links, and files — find them later in plain language, and keep the originals on your own Drive.

Work photos stay separate

The Capture button is your work camera. Those photos do not mix with personal pictures on your phone.

Search without perfect tags

When you save, AI describes the image once. Later you can search by what you see — even if you never typed it.

Files live on your cloud

You pick a Drive / OneDrive / folder. Stippo does not keep your full-size photos on its servers.

Save links as references

Paste a website URL. Stippo writes a short description — like for a photo — so you can find that page later by meaning, not by bookmark chaos.

PDFs & files with your note

Import a PDF, spec, or other work file and add a spoken or typed note. That note is how you find it again in natural language.
